Taking us out of our industry bubbles and empathising with real users is the first step in the Design Thinking mindset.

The is one of my favourite workshops. As a team, we come up a press release of what would say on launch day.
It is optimistic, ambitious and really helps align the team on a shared vision for the project.

Design Sprint

I mix together a series of Design Thinking workshop recipes to get the most out of your team. Workshop days can be spread out over two weeks to accommodate your team’s availability.

I arrange interviews and talk to your users about their needs and frustrations to determine their Jobs to be Done.
You can observe or join in on the calls to hear heir stories.

Based on user research, I create realistic personas to help your team empathise with your users.

Once we have decided on a target area of the user journey to test, I build out a detailed journey map that plots the persona’s experience step by step.

I design one or more interactive prototypes of the journey map target. This will simulate the experience for your users in the testing sessions.
You can add branding and additional copy or visuals to make the prototype more realistic.

I prepare scripts and research outcomes for user interviews. This ensures we fill the gaps in knowledge and get the most out of user tests.
